1. Who we are
InkyToner is the online storefront of CVR Supplies ("we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you're ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business.
2. Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm shipment. We may cancel or limit quantities on any order — for example on suspected fraud, resale abuse, or pricing errors — and will refund anything already paid for cancelled items.
3. Pricing & errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or data error, we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full.
4. Promotions & promo codes
Promo codes (including WELCOME10) are one use per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined with other codes, apply before taxes and shipping, and can be modified or withdrawn at any time. Reward-program points have no cash value and may be adjusted for returned items.
5. Shipping & risk of loss
Delivery estimates (including next-business-day service) apply to in-stock items ordered by the stated cutoff and are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
6. Returns & compatibility guarantee
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Compatible cartridges carry our compatibility guarantee: if a cartridge doesn't work in a printer we list it for, we provide a prepaid return label and a replacement or refund. Full policy on the Shipping & Returns page.
7. Compatible products & trademarks
Printer brand names (HP, Brother, Canon, Epson and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe compatibility. Compatible cartridges sold by InkyToner are not manufactured or endorsed by those brands. Using compatible supplies does not void a printer warranty under U.S. law (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act).
8. Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms. Payments and checkout are processed by Shopify; card details never touch our servers.
9. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site at abusive rates, misrepresent your identity, interfere with other customers, or use the site for anything unlawful.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights under the guarantees above.
