What we collect
You give us: name, email, phone, billing/shipping addresses, order contents, and messages you send support. Collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, and how you use the site (pages, searches, cart activity). Payment card numbers go directly to our checkout processor and never touch our systems.
How we use it
To fulfill and deliver orders, provide order status and support, maintain your account and rewards balance, apply promotions you request, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations (taxes, records), and — only if you opt in — send offer emails you can unsubscribe from with one click.
Who processes it
InkyToner (CVR Supplies) shares personal information only with service providers who run the store: Shopify (checkout, payments, order and customer records), shipping carriers (delivery), and payment networks (transaction processing). Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies & local storage
Essential storage keeps your cart and sign-in working. Optional categories (analytics, marketing) are off until you enable them — manage them on the Cookie Preferences page.
Your rights & choices
Depending on your state (including California CCPA/CPRA rights), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; opt out of sale/sharing (see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information); and you won't be discriminated against for exercising any right. Retention & security
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires and account data while your account is active. Data is encrypted in transit; access is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
Children & changes
The site is for business and adult shoppers; we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. We'll post any material changes to this notice here with a new "last updated" date.
