- Free next-day delivery on orders over $45. In-stock items ordered by 5pm ET ship the same business day.
- Orders under $45 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
- Furniture and case-quantity paper may ship separately; we'll email tracking for every box.
- Track any order any time from Order status in your account.
Returns
- 30-day returns on unopened items in original packaging — full refund to your original payment method.
- Compatibility guarantee: if a cartridge doesn't work in the printer it's listed for, the 30-day window doesn't matter — we send a free return label and a replacement or refund, your choice.
